Viral Hunter ("we", "us") operates a SaaS platform for discovering and analyzing publicly available Instagram Reel content. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website.

Information we collect

• Account information (email, name) when you sign up
• Usage data (saved reels, analyses, searches, plan limits)
• Payment and subscription information processed by Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers or UPI credentials on our servers)
• Support messages you send to us
• Basic analytics events to improve the product

How we use information

• Provide and improve the Viral Hunter service
• Authenticate accounts and enforce plan limits
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and refunds via Razorpay
• Respond to support and billing requests
• Detect abuse and protect the platform

Instagram content

We collect and store metadata about publicly available Instagram Reels (captions, metrics, thumbnails). We do not access private accounts or collect Instagram login credentials.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (for example hosting, database, email, and Razorpay for payments). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. You may request account deletion by emailing support.

Your choices

You can update profile details in Settings, cancel billing in Billing, and contact us for access or deletion requests.
